Service terms

These terms apply when you accept a Renders quote, order confirmation, or payment request. Sending a brief starts a conversation and does not by itself create a purchase.
Service and scope
Your written quote or order confirmation defines the commissioned film, event page, RSVP service, optional guest-service add-ons, deliverables, timing, and price. If it differs from this page, the written order controls for that commission.
Order and payment
A commission is confirmed only when you accept the written order, accept these terms and the privacy notice, and make the payment or deposit stated in the order. Renders does not currently offer public website checkout; acceptance and payment are arranged through the quote or payment request we send you.
Details, approvals, and refinements
You are responsible for checking names, spelling, dates, locations, permissions, and other supplied details. We confirm names with you in writing. One focused round of concept refinements is included unless the order says otherwise. Additional changes, or changes requested after an approval, may affect timing and price.
Creative rights and exclusivity
After full payment, you may use the approved final deliverables for the occasion and personal sharing described in the order. Renders retains its concepts, working files, production methods, software, and underlying design rights. Unless your order includes different written exclusivity terms, Renders may reuse non-personalised design elements after 90 days only after removing names, contact details, event details, and other personal information. A never-resold exclusivity option may be agreed separately in writing.
Hosting and guest services
Any event-page hosting period, RSVP service, visit scheduling, QR pass, check-in, or other guest-service feature is provided only when included in the written order. Service dates and access periods follow that order rather than an automatic lifetime promise.
Materials you provide
You confirm that you have permission to provide and use any names, photographs, recordings, music, text, guest details, or other materials supplied to Renders. We may decline material that cannot lawfully or safely be used.
Information and records
Renders may retain inquiry, client, event, RSVP, and check-in records for service delivery, operational continuity, security, dispute handling, and lawful business records. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated advertising. There is no guest-facing deletion control; verified privacy requests are reviewed outside the guest interface and handled as applicable law requires. Further details are in the privacy notice.
Changes, cancellation, and delays
Because the work is commissioned and production time is reserved for it, cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and delivery terms are stated in the written order. Renders will communicate material delays and will not exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
