Renders uses the information you submit through our inquiry brief to understand your occasion, respond to your inquiry, and prepare or deliver the services you ask us to provide.
Information we collect
The brief may include your name, email address, optional phone number, occasion details, family names, dates, creative preferences, and any other information you choose to share. Please do not include identification documents, payment card details, health information, or information you do not have permission to share.
How we use it
- to respond to and manage your inquiry;
- to develop the requested creative brief and provide our services;
- to protect the website from misuse and maintain its security.
We do not sell personal information, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about people.
Service providers and storage
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Submitted briefs are delivered to and stored in our Google Workspace email account. These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy terms and may process it outside the UAE.
Retention and sharing
We retain inquiry, client, and event information to respond, deliver and document our services, support security, resolve disputes, and meet business and legal obligations. Records may be kept after an inquiry or event for those purposes. We limit access to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect people, our rights, or our services.
Your choices
Renders does not provide a guest-facing control for deleting records. You may contact us to request access or correction, or to exercise any right available under applicable law to restrict or stop processing or request erasure. A request does not automatically remove a record; we assess it under applicable law and may retain information where the law permits or requires us to do so.
