Renders uses the information you submit through our private brief to understand your occasion, respond to your inquiry, and prepare or deliver services you ask us to provide.

Please avoid including identification documents, payment card details, health information, or information you do not have permission to share.

How we use it

• to respond to and manage your inquiry;
• to develop the requested creative brief and provide our services;
• to protect the website from misuse and maintain its security.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for automated decision-making.

Service providers and storage

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Submitted briefs are delivered to and stored in our Google Workspace email account. These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy terms and may process it outside your country.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. We limit access to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect people, our rights, or our services.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to any records we must keep. You may also withdraw an inquiry at any time.
